Marblehead Racing Association. Fleet 14 races as part of the Marblehead Racing Association. Most of those races are Saturday afternoons from Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend. For more details about the times, rules and schedule go to the MRA website.

Wednesday Nights at the Boston Yacht Club. The Sonars start with the D Fleet on Wednesday Nights. The race committee tends to give C, D, and the Sonar Fleets shortened courses compared to the A boats, B boats, and Viper Fleets. These shortened courses allow the C boats, D boats, and Sonars to get to the grill and bar at the same time as the A's, B's and Vipers. The bar and grill activities are fun. Thursday Night Racing at the Jubilee Yacht Club. No special considerations or starts are given to the Sonars. But Jubilee may accept entries from Sonars. Otherwise jump on a regular PHRF boat and be a big contributor or just rail meat. And, of course, there is a bar and grill at the Jubilee Yacht Club.

Thursday Night Racing at the Corinthian Yacht Club The Corinthian Yacht Club sponsors one-design races on Thursday evenings. The starting line is a post on the Corinthian Dock and a bouy moored in the harbor. And the bar is open after racing.

Friday Night Racing at the Pier's Park Sailing Center in Boston Harbor. Go to the Piers Park Sailing Center for the details. Skippers must be members of Piers Park Sailing Center. There are rumors that Community Boating Inc. on the Charles River may permit Sonar racing as part of their Friday night Mercury racing. Consult with Community Boating Inc. The Piers Park gang usually goes to one of several pizza and beer establishment's in East Boston. The Community Boating groups tend to go the the places at the base of Beacon Hill on Charles Street or Cambridge Street. There is racing on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at Boston Sailing Center, at Lewis Wharf, Courageous Sailing Center, in Charlestown, and Boston Harbor Sailing Club, near Rowes Wharf. Sunday Afternoon Frostbiting at Boston Yacht Club. Winter-time racing at the Boston YC. And the bar is open for drinks and snacks after racing.
